Mississippi Behavior Specialist (BCBA - Virtual)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students' needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team by attending Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies tailored to students with varying degrees of autism.
• Provide direct support to a caseload of six students, primarily in self-contained classrooms.
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification and experience working with K-12 students.
• Proficient understanding of autism spectrum disorders and related behavioral challenges.
