What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Source new acquisition opportunities and develop relationships with key decision makers in the software business sector
• Maintain and nurture existing relationships with acquisition targets
• Act as the senior account manager for Harris’s M&A relationships within your designated area
• Communicate Harris’s investment strategy effectively and professionally throughout the investment process
• Track activities and maintain relevant information in Salesforce while generating reports on leads and investment opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Fluency in both English and French
• Minimum of 5 years of related business experience in fields such as sales, corporate development, consulting, banking, investing, or M&A sourcing
• Strong aptitude and passion for corporate development and relationship management
• Exceptional people skills along with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with excellent prioritization and multi-tasking abilities

• Experience in technology/software sectors, investor relations, or entrepreneurship/start-up environments
• A proactive approach to challenges and a willingness to experiment and learn
