Global chemical company seeking an experience Sales Coordinator/Client Services Rep with Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience to manage sales and customer services from beginning to end.

Responsible for:
- Handling sales and customer service calls for and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, product management, sales and marketing, finance, and warehouse.
- Respond to customer issues requiring strong product knowledge, interpret requests, and provide solutions.
- Track orders, resolve disputes, issue credit and debit memos, monitors order through fulfillment.
Exceptional customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Responsible for working with Excel, SAP, Salesforce.com, SharePoint

Assignment will be 1 year long. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
