(No remote or hybrid) Key Job Functions The Salesforce Administrator will develop and improve system processes, reports, and tools that help effectively collect and measure performance, make data driven decisions, and manage data collection. The Salesforce Administrator will create and execute a strategy for all data collection within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Workshops for Warriors is currently seeking an experienced, proven and hands-on Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for WFW enrollment outcomes reporting, online career management databases, advising and maintaining success metrics and trend analysis and reporting.
