SAP PP/PM Functional Consultant

Onsite from Day 1 in St. Paul, MN. (will consider works who can relocate and work onsite from Day1)

Duration: 6 months+

Required Skills & Experience:

SAP Implementation Experience:

• 10+ years of comprehensive SAP PP/PM implementation experience with minimum 5 full lifecycle manufacturing projects
• Proven track record of leading complex manufacturing implementations in process and discrete industries
• Deep technical expertise in SAP PP configuration including production planning, BOM management, and shop floor integration
• Extensive experience with SAP PM configuration including maintenance planning, work order management, and equipment hierarchy
• Strong experience with manufacturing integration including MES connectivity and process control systems
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing data migration and master data management

Domain Knowledge:

• Extensive manufacturing and production planning domain expertise across multiple industries
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, and asset management
• Experience with capacity planning, finite scheduling, and manufacturing optimization
• Understanding of manufacturing quality systems and statistical process control
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing concepts like Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing

Healthcare Manufacturing Expertise:

• Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology implementation experience
• Deep understanding of cGMP regulations, FDA validation requirements, and quality systems
• Experience with pharmaceutical processes including API production, formulation, and packaging
• Knowledge of equipment qualification, calibration management, and maintenance in validated environments
• Understanding of batch cleaning validation and change control processes
