Job Description

Senior Implementation Consultant

As the Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, product specialists, and project managers, to ensure successful implementations. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential issues early on and developing strategies to address them proactively.

About The Role

As our Senior Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing software solutions and providing excellent customer service. Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing implementation teams and coordinating resources
  • Leading and conducting regular status meetings
  • Identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation plans
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of products being implemented
  • Conducting user acceptance testing and training sessions
  • Providing ongoing support to clients after go-live
About You

You're a fit for this role if you have the below qualities:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a consultative client facing role, preferably within professional services or sales
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously against aggressive deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong customer service orientation
  • Highly organized with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
  • Experience working with Sharepoint/Workspace preferred

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
