**Senior Manager (f/m/d) Supply Chain Projects Logistic & Warehouse**

**Your area of responsibility:**

* The Senior Manager Supply Chain Projects is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating of Supply Chain projects with a focus on logistics, distribution network and warehouse projects

* Owns the planning, execution and controlling of multiple strategic Supply Chain projects with strong analytical and process-oriented focus on IT and operational

* Supports initiatives in the transformation journey of Supply Chain and implement follow-up measures

* Drives the problem-solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modelling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions

* Generates reports and analysis out of SAP BW and Excel for decision making and optimization initiatives

* Facilitates meetings and workshops with all the levels of the organization and steers stakeholder management

* Effectively manages the change driven by project and act as change agent for Supply Chain strategy

**What we look for:**

* University/Engineering degree with 5-10 years of experience with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Process Management

* Strong project management, change management, problem structuring, and strategic problem solving skills demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis

* Strong interest in Supply Chain and innovations within Supply Chain (eg. Network design, supply planning, process improvement)

* Hands-on, result oriented, high resilience and structured

* Strong team player with excellent social skills

* Excellent SAP BW, MS Excel and Powerpoint skills

* Excellent English & German language skills and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment
