In this pivotal role, you'll enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers, evaluate network defects, and implement performance improvements. Key job responsibilities
Analyze shipper performance data and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement coaching strategies for underperforming shippers
Create actionable recommendations to enhance shipper efficiency and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practice adoption
Manage performance metrics and report on progress to key stakeholders
A day in the life
As a Shipper Performance Coach, you'll start your day reviewing performance data and identifying trends. You'll then conduct coaching sessions with shippers, offering tailored advice to improve their processes. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with various teams to implement new strategies and track their effectiveness. You'll also participate in innovation sessions, brainstorming ways to revolutionize the transportation shipper experience.

Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma
1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Are 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
1+ years of transportation and supply chain experience
Knowledge of six Sigma/Lean processes
Experience in process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
