A full-time Special Education Teacher opportunity is available at an elementary school in Estill, SC, offering a contract position for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves supporting 4th-grade students in a resource room setting with specialized instruction tailored to individual needs. The position includes a 40-hour work week, and the extended school year (ESY) program is offered to Special Education Teachers during the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for 4th-grade students.
• Deliver tailored resource room instruction to support academic development.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusion.
• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with families and administration.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with elementary-level students, preferably in resource room settings.
