ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Sport Psychologist for our First Team, you will work closely with players, coaches, and staff to enhance the team’s mental resilience, focus, and overall psychological well‑being. You will contribute to performance optimization and the creation of a positive, supportive culture. This is an ideal role for a training sports psychologist or a recent graduate looking to develop their skills within a dynamic and high‑performing football environment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Sports Psychology, Psychology, or a related field (e.g., MSc or BSc). Passionate about football and a strong understanding of the psychological demands of elite sport. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with players and staff. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
