Base pay range $58.80/hr - $84.00/hr Title: Sr. Project Manager Location: Regional Description (Onsite) Employment Type :Contract Compensation Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00/Hrs Description Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders. Develop project plans and timelines using appropriate tools. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly. Negotiate for the acquisition of required personnel. Delegate tasks and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders. Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts. Manage project dependencies and critical path. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans and timelines using appropriate tools. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Negotiate for the acquisition of required personnel. Delegate tasks and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Track progress on project milestones, deliverables, timeline, and budget. Qualifications 7 years of experience in project management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Certified Professional (ACP) certification desired. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and defuse tension among project team.
