Job Description
The Katherine Thomas School Program has openings for Substitute Teachers and Teaching Assistants for its elementary, middle and high school classrooms. The Katherine Thomas School is a private special education school that services students with language, learning, and sensory motor disabilities and high functioning autism. This position is responsible for assisting staff in implementing instructional lessons and monitoring students. The substitute will always be in a classroom with other school staff. Working hours vary based on the needs of the program. School hours are 8:30am - 4:15pm for elementary/middle and 7:30am - 3:15pm for high school, or any portion of time during the school day when needed. EOE
