Uniti Med is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in San Mateo, California.
Job Description & Requirementsprovides direct patient care to adolescents admitted to the inpatient behavioral health unit. This role is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team. The Staff Nurse II functions as a patient advocate, educator, and care coordinator, supporting the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of patients and their families while adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
BSN preferred -CA license -BLS -1 year required -experience in behavioral health, adolescent psychiatry, or related field strongly preferred.
Shift Specification: 5x8s, 1500-2330 or 2000 - 0430; no on call float between adult and ADOL as needed; every other weekend. Shift Info: Mid 5x8-Hour (15:00 - 23:30)
