Join our team as a Usability Specialist/UX Researcher and help shape the future of online platforms by enhancing user experiences. Your expertise in user research and usability testing will be pivotal in creating intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document best practices for user research and create a toolkit for seller usability studies.
• Advocate for usability best practices across various teams, not just within the design department.
• Conduct diverse user experience studies aligned with business objectives, including focus groups and usability tests.
• Design testing tasks and materials, defining clear success criteria for each study.
• Present research findings and provide actionable recommendations to enhance product development.
• Collaborate with designers to refine wireframes and mockups for improved user experiences.

Skills

• Advanced degree in Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, Technical Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in user research and formal usability studies.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive usability studies and user research.
• Strong communication skills to promote user-centered design within technical teams.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage self-directed projects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in understanding users' daily needs and workflows.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset within dynamic groups.
