Summary:
The UX research team conducts studies across ARC research projects to evaluate and enhance product usability. They use focus groups, document UX decisions, assess solutions, and present findings via formal reports.


Tasks of the role:

• Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Perform usability testing
• Use tools like Qualtrics, User Zoom, Validity
• Collaborate with design and development teams
• Present research findings

Must have skills:

• 3-5 years as UX Researcher
• UX Knowledge
• Qualtrics and Figma
• Advanced/Upper English

Soft skills:

• Experience in large corporations
• Good communication
• Strong visual presentation skills

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experiences

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $36.36 - $36.36/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
