Location & Schedule:

• Location: Bothell, WA
• Required to be onsite 3–5 days per week; must arrive at the office between 7:00–9:00 AM
• Must be consistently accessible outside of working hours
• Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hr
• Duration: 6 Month Contract-to-hire

Benefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support three of our executives!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and schedules for three executives
• Coordinate conference rooms and Teams meetings
• Organize meals/lunches for meetings and events
• Communicate with investors (including scheduling office tours)
• Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, reservations)
• Handle expense reports for executives and their teams

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience in a small to mid-sized company preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Based in the Seattle area and available for in-person support
