Job Summary:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall email marketing strategy. You will play a key role in enhancing our outreach, nurturing client and candidate relationships, and driving business growth through effective email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns to engage clients, candidates, and partners.
• Build, segment, and maintain email lists , ensuring clean data and accurate targeting.
• Design and optimize email templates for various campaigns (lead generation, follow-ups, newsletters, announcements, etc.).
• Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to gather content and create targeted campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• A/B test subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize results.
• Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Research industry trends to suggest new approaches to email marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure email content and design align with brand guidelines .
• Work closely with the Client team to support lead generation efforts and nurturing campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in email marketing (preferably in staffing, recruitment, or IT services industries).
• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability, list segmentation, and personalization strategies .
• Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and improving campaign performance .
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms .
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email customization (a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in staffing/recruitment industry marketing .
• Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
