Job Description We're seeking inclusive and committed part-time flex schedule Warehouse Pickers/loaders to join Frito-Lay, where you will be responsible for various warehouse duties in our state-of-the-art automated warehouse, referred to as (GES) Geographic Enterprise Solutions.
With a self-selected flexible schedule, of anywhere from 0-28 hours per week, this position provides an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible part-time employment to balance work and personal commitments.
Shifts are available in 4 hour increment time blocks. You may sign-up for back-to-back time blocks but cannot exceed more than 11.5 consecutive hours in a row. Shift segments are variable. Employees sign up for their schedule based on weekly shift availability. Shifts are typically offered Sunday-Thursday (morning and night), Friday (morning only), and Saturday (night only). Shifts will not typically be available from 12 PM - 8 PM on any day. Shifts and schedules are subject to change based on business needs. Shifts are available on a first come, first serve basis. To maintain employment, you must work a minimum of 8 hours every month.
It's a physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Here is a list of the more frequent tasks you could expect to perform during the workday:
- Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
- Pick appropriate product according to order using required technology.
- Carton unloading, sorting, orienting, bailing & trailer loading prep.
- Proper cart handling and storage throughout the warehouse & trailers loading and unloading process.
- Individuals will be required to successfully complete certifications in various tasks.
- General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g., you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)
- Ensure successful individual performance by meeting or exceeding performance time standards.
- All other duties as assigned.

This is a pilot program to evaluate the effectiveness of this flexible work schedule. In the event the pilot program dissolves, employees will be notified in advance and may be eligible to pursue a full-time or part-time position.
