A hospital in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician for an evening shift assignment in an inpatient setting. This is a 13-week contract with potential for short-term consideration. Must be comfortable working in a dynamic hospital environment, including serving as a runner during active construction in a new hospital wing.
Position Details:

Duration: 13 weeks (shorter contracts may be considered)

EMR System: EPIC
Responsibilities:
Prepare, package, label, and deliver medications under pharmacist supervision
Assist in dispensing sterile and non-sterile medications
Serve as a medication runner during facility construction
Requirements:
Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) license Required
Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy technician experience Required
High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Experience with EPIC EMR Preferred
Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred
