Waste Pro Industrial is seeking experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisors to lead our cleaning operations. The ideal candidates will have expertise in various industrial cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, hydroblasting, automation, and other specialized cleaning methods. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Supervision and Team Leadership: Lead and manage cleaning crews, providing guidance, direction, and support. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on project requirements and individual strengths. Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability. Industrial Cleaning Operations: Oversee and participate in industrial cleaning activities, including hydroblasting, tank cleaning, and automation cleaning. Ensure that cleaning operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and client specifications. Provide technical expertise and training to team members on specialized cleaning techniques and equipment. Safety Compliance: Enforce and uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during all cleaning operations. Conduct pre-job safety inspections and hazard assessments. Address and resolve safety concerns promptly, escalating as necessary. Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
