LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Acute Care for a local contract nursing job in Cozard, Nebraska.

Hospital Nurse (RN) – Day Shift | $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Cozad, NE

Location: Cozad, Nebraska
⏰ Schedule: 7 AM – 7 PM | Every 3rd weekend | Only 2 holidays per year
Pay Range: $21.19 – $46.56/hr (DOE)
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 + Weekend Differential
Status: Full-Time | Entry-Level RN role

‍⚕️ What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, patient-centered care to inpatient & ER patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments & develop care plans
• Administer medications & treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians & interdisciplinary staff
• Document accurately in EHR
• Support infection control, HIPAA, and patient safety standards

✅ Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nebraska (or compact state license)
• Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program
• CPR/BLS required | ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC preferred (can be obtained after hire)
• Rural healthcare or hospital experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!
