What You Will Do:

The Sales Operations & Insights Analyst role supports the Sales team by leading the translation of insights from internal ERP platform, production, warehouse inventory, retailer portals, and various data sources into actionable retail recommendations that will help to influence operation decisions at the retailer for the implementation of replenishment initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiencies.

Sales Operations & Insights Analyst will have responsibility for the logistics network design, inventory management, forecasting, replenishment, and other processes that integrate supply and demand needs.

This role will also support sales planning activities by ensuring policy and procedures are followed for accuracy of entry, timely updates, approvals, and closing of events in internal and external systems. It is also responsible for entry of all promotional plans in our ERP system and ensuring accuracy between customer-facing contracts and internal systems.

This role will also assist our deductions team in communications with the customer on post audit negotiations and other financial obligations.

This role partners with our internal corporate teams to ensure our satellite office in Cincinnati properly functions and receives any needed maintenance, repairs, or replenishment of supplies.

This is a role that requires effective communication with the customer, excellent teamwork abilities, time and project management skills, and the ability to be flexible and willing to help the sales team achieve successful long-term results.

Here's A Day In The Life:

• Input and actively manage annual business plans in Trade Management System Subject Matter Expert on contracts and agreements with retailers
• Tracking orders and in-stock levels via various reporting (internal and External Systems)
• Analyze key Tillamook product categories and segments identifying capacity, forecast accuracy, retailer shelf availability, along with other operational efficiencies to be utilized for the Sales Department decision-making.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills
• Establish and maintain a partnership with the Retailer to ensure effective communication for the development of strategic and promotional plans.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, the customer, and the public.
• Lead and/or support customer supply chain initiatives and manage customer compliance programs
• Create & maintain standardized Retailer(s) Supply Chain templates and reports for use by Sales, Category Management, Customer Service, Customer Development, and Production.
• Act as a team player and able to interact with staff at all levels of the company
• Meet deadlines and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision
• Utilize MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience with trade management systems ideally in the food or beverage industry is required.
• 3+ years of experience working with Kroger systems
• Experience communicating directly with retailers regarding promotional plans, forecasting, and inventory management.
