Position Type: Full Time Temp to Perm

Pay: $18.00-$19.00

Schedule: 7am-5pm 

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse/Forklift Associate for a busy flooring company in Naples FL. This role involves handling, storing, loading, and distributing various flooring products (e.g., tile, laminate, hardwood), while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload flooring materials
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper labeling and storage
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming flooring materials
• Ensure warehouses are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist walk-in customers or installers with material pick-up
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Follow company procedures for handling damaged or returned goods
• Perform general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the flooring or construction materials industry
• Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating forklifts
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus
• Team player with good communication and a positive attitude
